Delete your account
1. From the app (recommended)
- Open uStreamers and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible: your profile, your Twitch/Kick/TikTok links, chat messages tied to your account, and your customizations are permanently deleted or anonymized.
2. Without access to the app
If you uninstalled the app or can't sign in, you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing legal@ustreamers.app from the address associated with your account (or by providing your linked Twitch/Kick/TikTok username). We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
3. What is deleted and what is retained
- Deleted or anonymized: profile, OAuth access tokens, push notification tokens, customizations, community content (images/text), and subscription status.
- May be retained temporarily for legal or safety obligations: moderation audit logs (e.g. enforcement actions for Terms violations), as described in the Privacy Policy.
- uStreamers does not process payments or store card data: active subscriptions must also be canceled from the relevant store (App Store or Google Play) to stop recurring billing.
